Today, so far, I have supported my healthy lifestyle by:
1. Packing and bringing my healthy meals and snacks
2. Walking at lunch for about half an hour, getting both some gentle cardio and some much-needed sunlight!

Stats, 10/31/07

Weigh in day again…no measurements this time…but I am Happy Girl!
Breakdown:
Starting:  180.5
Week One:  176
Week Two:  174.5
Week Three:  172
Week Four:   173
Week Five (this week):  169!
So in five weeks, I have lost 11.5 pounds.  That may not sound like a lot to some people…but it is really excellent.
