10:54 a.m.: Slight headache, a little sleepy, unfocused. Very positive and motivated but having trouble getting my mind to cooperate.
1:49 p.m.: Very very sleepy…low energy levels. May need to have a bit of a nap.
2:21 p.m.: Angry at the world and having cravings out the yin-yang. Stress eating, anyone? Grr.
