Okay, I am not an expert, a doctor, or a personal trainer (and check with your doctor, of course, before starting this or any other exercise program.)

8:49 a.m.:  Groggy, very sleepy, sniffly, and sort of grouchy.  Very low energy levels and mental focus.
9:21:  a little better, more energy (thanks, Folgers!); progressing from sniffly to sneezy which isn’t good, but a little more positive.
2:00 p.m.:  GREAT!  Energy levels are up, positivity levels are up, focus is good.  Definitely on the upswing!
