Today, so far, I have supported and furthered my healthy lifestyle by:
1. Packing and bringing all my healthy meals and snacks;
2. Planning a healthy dinner;
3. Making a list and planning the healthy snacks I will pack for my weekend at the retreat, so I don’t miss meals and am not tempted to eat junk.

Okay, feeling pretty good about today. I am very tired, due to insufficient sleep and the omnipresent allergy problems, but mentally I feel good about things.
