RETREAT!

Heh.  And you thought I was giving up!
Here I am at the lodge…all checked in, unpacked, and ready to, um, whatever you are supposed to do on a retreat.
I checked out the fitness center here.  Oh.  My.   God.  That is really all I can say.

8:40 a.m.:  15 tricep kickbacks, 15 bicep curls, 15 overarm tricep presses; 20 sumo squats, 20 knee to chest leg raises, 50 twist-punches
8:15 p.m.:  35 min treadmill w/arm weights
