6:30 a.m.: 1 c. oatmeal w/raisins; 1/2 banana; 1 c. coffee w/sugar free creamer; 16 oz water
8:05 a.m.: 12 oz water
9:05 a.m.: 16 oz water; 2.5 oz Fritos (okay, look, they’re CORN chips. CORN is a vegetable, right?)
I don’t even remember what I ate the rest of the day. Oh, yeah, I went to Chili’s.
Not a great food day. I had chips and queso, which is VERY BAD, and then instead of getting my salad I just got the boneless buffalo wings, which is also VERY BAD. At least I drank a ton of water.
I had nothing else until dinnertime, at which time I was so late for my second job that I just grabbed a granola bar and ate that. I didn’t want ANYTHING at all after my lunch indiscretions, but I figured I’d better eat or else. Then I don’t think I had anything at all after the granola bar. Not a great food day. Could have been worse though, I guess.
