Okay, GREAT day. I am definitely very happy with how this went.
This was a rest day, so no formal exercise. I can tell that my muscles have gotten some much-needed rest, though my knees are still a little sore; I may compensate by avoiding squats for another day or so. Food was absolutely awesome, as perfect as can be, though I probably could have gotten a little more water in. Overall, it went very well.
I got a lot done around the house as well, which needed to be done, and that also helps me to feel very positive about the day. Weekends, with their lack of structure and routine, are my hardest times for eating right, but I was able to manage it and I feel I have won a very important victory.
Definitely chalking this day up as a success!
