Weigh-in day!
Weight: 174.5 – down another pound and a half. It may not sound like much but it feels great. When I have a big loss like last week, often some of it will come back and the next week there will be no loss or even a slight gain. This loss tells me that it’s a real loss, not a “phantom” one, and that I’m still doing the right things. If I could lose 1.5 pounds a week, I would be a very happy girl! 🙂
No measurements today; I have decided definitely to do that once a month only, though I can feel the changes in my body. Once a month will give me much more tangible results which will be more motivating than tiny results on a weekly basis, which would be demoralizing.
So it’s a good day!
